For children and Adolescents:
I combine play-based, cognitive-behavioural, and mindfulness techniques to help young clients express emotions, manage anxiety, and strengthen problem-solving skills. My sessions are collaborative and creative, using stories, art, and games to make therapy engaging and developmentally appropriate.
For Adults:
With adults, I use a warm, goal-oriented approach integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based frameworks. I focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and building practical tools to navigate challenges and promote well-being.
For Couples and Family Counselling:
I use a systemic and solution-focused approach, helping couples and families improve communication, strengthen emotional connections, and resolve conflicts through empathy and shared understanding.
Therapeutic Approaches:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Adapted Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) (for Autism)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Play-Based and Creative Therapies
- Mindfulness-Based Strategies
- Psychoeducation and Parenting Support
Invitation to Therapy:
Therapy is a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. For children, it’s a place to play, express, and make sense of big feelings in a way that feels natural and engaging. For parents and adults, it’s an opportunity to pause, reflect, and discover new ways of coping and connecting. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, parenting challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to help you and your family find clarity, healing, and renewed confidence. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful and lasting change.
